From the assigned reading, the current employment verification system that has been put in place by the government is fair to employers. The system is supposed to be used by employers to determine the eligibility status of employees within the country (Adkins, Adkins, Rubin, & Rodrigues, 2016). People who are not eligible to be in the country are flagged and this means that an employer should not employ such individuals as this would be in contravention with the stipulated laws that ban illegal immigration. I think the system is fair for employers since there is a great likelihood that the illegal immigration could be promoted if the verification system in not in place and functioning in the manner it is supposed to. Employers have a role to play to hinder…………….
