I need a help in coming up with an opening activity to a training program. The topic of my training program is to improve the customer service of Walmart company since Walmart’s American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) score dropped a notch in 2017, from 2016 (from 72 to 71), placing the retail giant at the bottom of the list of department and discount retailers ranked.

The opening activity for your training should take no more than 10 minutes. It should get your learners engaged and involved in your training, it should get your learners to experience something that they would not expect, and be tied into your topic.
